Sales Manager (Europe)

岗位职责:

Position Summary: 

This position is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives in Europe. The position will develop new accounts and gather current market information in order to realize these goals with the objective of increasing market share and profit. 

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the company’s goals in key financial performance indicators;
Ø Be instrumental in the sales development of new clients in your region;
Ø Provide commercial support and advice to new clients;
Ø Manage leads and offers for clients including specifications, technical information and pricing;
Ø Develop long-term relationships with clients, managing/interpreting their needs;
Ø Develop new customers in order to increase market share;
Ø Support marketing activities, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
Ø Work closely with production, logistic and support personnel in the company.

任职要求:

Ø Bsc degree or above. Preferably in Polymer Science or Chemistry and related majors;
Ø Previous demonstrable experience within technical sales;
Ø Experience working with OEM client partnerships;
Ø At least 10 years’ solid experience in sales & marketing management in the polymer industry; 
Ø Experience working with a wide variety of customers, in a home office/field-base capacity;
Ø Strong market analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills;
Ø Result orientated, striving for success and good goal management skill.
